Shipping Options

All online purchases will be delivered to your specified address through an appointed courier service.

All online purchases exceeding the value of R1000 will include free delivery to your specified address, provided the address and postal code is within our designated service delivery areas. 

All online purchases not exceeding the value of R1000 will carry a courier fee of R150 per order, provided the address and postal code is within our designated service delivery areas.

If your address and postal code is not within our designated service area your online order cannot be completed. Please contact us on info@thecurtainshop.co.za should this occur.

To ensure correct delivery, a physical street address and accurate corresponding postal code must be provided as the delivery address at checkout. Once your order and payment is received your delivery address and postal code will be verified and additional delivery fees will be applied if necessary. Should this occur you will be contacted and your order held until additional payment is received.

All online purchases will be dispatched after your physical address and postal code has been verified and your full payment received.

Should we not have sufficient stock at the time of your online purchase please contact us on info@thecurtainshop.co.za and we will advise if further stock can be supplied.

Please allow for up to 5 working days for delivery to your specified physical address.

 

Returns Policy

Returns and full refund will be considered if:

  • reported within 7 days of the goods being received
  • the product has not been used or altered
  • the product has not been washed, soiled or damaged
  • the product is still in the original packaging

We reserve the right to inspect any returned item prior to replacement or refund.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods please contact us immediately and we will arrange to uplift the goods, free of charge.

Should you wish to return goods for any other reason, you may do so at your own risk and expense. Please notify us in writing of your return within 7 days by emailing us on info@thecurtainshop.co.za & returning to the following address:

In the case of returns we shall refund the amount via EFT to your nominated bank account. Please kindly submit this info when returning in order for us to complete the refund.
